Privacy Policy, Perpetual Records

Perpetual Records ("we") runs perpetualrecords.net and the Perpetual Records YouTube channel (@perpetualrecords).

What we collect. You can browse the site without an account. If you sign up for release updates, we collect your email address and artist preferences and use Axiom to send those updates. Every update includes preferences and unsubscribe links. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance.

Website traffic. We use our own analytics to count page views and subscription signups. Traffic records include the time, page path, referring domain, and broad browser and device categories. A random visit identifier in browser session storage groups activity until 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics records do not include email addresses, raw IP addresses, URL query strings, or preference-link tokens, and traffic details are kept for 180 days. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for traffic tracking. Reports are accessible only to administrators.

YouTube API Services. Our internal tool, "Perpetual Records Uploader", uses YouTube API Services only to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel. It doesn't access, collect, or store data from any other YouTube user. By watching our videos on YouTube, you're subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The access token is stored securely and used only by us. You can revoke access at any time on your Google security settings page.

Third-party links. Our pages link to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other services. Each one has its own privacy policy.

Sharing. We don't sell or share personal information.
